Kristin Anthony-Malone is the Operations Manager with the Canadian Avalanche Association and lives in Revelstoke full time with her husband and two kids. In her "free time" she loves to explore the mountains, whether it be on skis, hiking, running or slowly meandering with kids. She comes to us with over 20 years of hiking guiding experience. She has been guiding hiking, mountaineering and climbing in locations around the United States, mainly in Alaska, Washington, Colorado, Montana and Wyoming. She is currently an ACMG Full Hiking Guide.
Erin Potter, R.TCM.P - has owned Jade Mountain Wellness & Acupuncture for 7 years. She has been teaching yoga for 5 years. Erin completed her 500 hour YTT at Mount Madonna in Santa Cruz and has been teaching since . She brings her extensive knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as her interest and keen studies of Ayurveda to this educational retreat.
Sarah Darval is passionate about creating space for collective flow as a means to a deeper experience of embodiment. Sarah's classes are infused with intention, weave creative movement with intentional sequencing, and invite students into the state of flow. Rooted in an Ashtanga practice and a 200 hour teacher training with Inner Power Yoga, she is now a dedicated student of Prana Vinyasa Yoga. Sarah's inspiration also flows out of her connection to the practices from Soto Zen Buddhist lineage and her studies in Ayurveda.
